How to bend curing resin into a wave shape
This video tutorial is all about bending resin into a wave shape. From pouring the resin into a basic rectangle mould and adding the design, to finding the optimum time to move the resin to the shape for curing.
Materials required to create this piece:
- Silicone Mat – Pet Drip Mat (or create your own mould using foam board)
- Resin
- Pigment to colour the resin (ink, paint or powder will do)
- Acrylic Gems or Stones
- 4-6 tins (for moulding)
- Knife (for trimming)
- Heat Gun or Blow Torch (for zapping the bubbles)
I hope you enjoyed this video and it gives you inspiration to create something similar.
